Position: Site Manager
Job Description:
The Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations at construction sites. Responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing daily site operations and activities.
- Supervising all site workers, monitoring work quality, tracking tasks completed, and setting expectations for upcoming work.
- Managing all construction materials on-site, ensuring proper usage, storage, and inventory control.
- Preparing regular site progress reports for the Operations Manager.
- Managing all site finances and ensuring accurate financial records.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in construction site management or relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets, project management tools)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda
- Ability to plan, organize, and control construction activities and resources
- Strong reporting skills
